AK/AKH Sheaves are available in 1 or 2 grooves while the BK/BKH are offered in 1, 2 & 3 grooves

Variable Pitch design offers pitch diameter ranges 1.6" - 4.7". Unique manufacturing design ensures precise adjustability, balance and unmatched performance.
Variable Pitch sheaves help reduce vibration by having a robust casting ribbed design that helps improve balance and heat dissipation. These sheaves boast tight thread tolerances for superior performance. 1 & 2 groove sheaves will accept the widest range of belts of any manufacturer 3L, 4L, A, AX, 5L, B, BX, 5V and 5VX.

The PowerDrive PDB5V™ sheave line can cover 90% of your applications in the 10 to 150 HP range.
The PowerDrive PDB5V™ sheaves have a hybrid groove angle that can accommodate both B and 5V section V- belts and they can be used as either driver or driven sheave.
The advantage of the PDB5V™ over conventional B and 5V sheaves is that you get 5V capabilities at a B section sheave cost at saving of 30-40%.
Utilizing the PowerDrive PDB5V™ sheave line can significantly reduces the number of SKUs required to cover the 10 to 150 HP drive requirements.
Due to the hybrid groove angle used in the PDB5V™ sheave, the use of banded belts is not recommended.

Applications over 10 HP that require more belts to carry the load and bushing with larger bore capacity
"Multiples" - refers to Sheaves with more than one Groove for higher horse power applications than FHP Sheaves * More belts working together can carry more load and transmit more horsepower

Use Split Taper(ST™) Bushing System to mount sheaves to the shaft
Split Taper(ST™) Bushing system provides:
- Solid Flange maintains concentric bore and reduces vibration in the drive
- 3/4" taper per foot is a self locking taper
- Double split barrel provides positive clamping to the shaft
- External key on most sixes for positive drive and greater torque carrying capability

Available in: B, C, D, 3V, 5V, 8V belts profiles
Notched belts can be used with all multiple sheaves
Available in 1 to 12 Groove
Use Q(Quick Detachable) Bushing System to mount sheaves to the shaft
Q(Quick Detachable) Bushing system provides:
- Reverse Mounting possible
- 3/4" taper per foot is a self locking taper
- Interchangeable with competitive Q(Quick Detachable) bushings
